BURLINGTON, W.V. – The West Virginia Division of Highways has announced paving operations in Morgan County beginning this Sunday.
The DOH tells the Panhandle News Network the work will begin on US 522 between Mesner Road, County Route 38/5, and DOH Lane, County Route 522/1, between the hours of 7 p.m. and 6 a.m., Sunday through Thursday, beginning Sunday, August 20, 2023. \
Work is expected to last approximately three weeks. Flaggers will be present to direct traffic. Motorists are advised to stay alert and travel with caution through the work zone. Please use an alternate route, if possible. Exact schedule is weather dependent.
