SHEPHERDSTOWN, W.Va. – Both Seniors and Military Veterans are to be honored prior to the Rams Saturday noon kick-off against Bloomsburg.
The 8-0 Rams will be honoring 11 seniors, including offensive lineman Joey Fisher, tight end Brian Walker, and quarterback Tyson Bagent. Shepherd, ranked third in the national American Football Coaches Association Division II Coaches’ Poll, is coming off a 47-14 win last week on the road at West Chester and looks to run past a 3-5 Bloomsburg team on their way to the PSAC Championship game.

For the Military Appreciation ceremonies; active military with identification and prior service personnel with proof of service will be admitted free to the game, and veterans and active military personnel are invited to come down to the field to take part in the Presentation of Colors by the United States Air Force Honor Guard from Bolling Air Force Base in Washington, D.C. and the National Anthem. The Rams will also be honoring World War II combat veteran Jack Myers and Korean veterans Ed Ringoot and James Mayhue.
A pregame flyover by a McDonnell Douglas/Boeing C-17 Globemaster III aircraft will be provided by the 167th Airlift Squadron of the West Virginia Air National Guard in Martinsburg.
Veterans and active military personnel are asked to report to the south end zone at 11:40 a.m.
The Rams face the Bloomsburg Huskies at 12 noon, Saturday. The Rams Pregame show starts at 11 am.
