MARTINSBURG, W.Va. — It’s been an eventful year so far for the Berkeley County Solid Waste Authority as it worked to clean up roadways and streams:
Chair Clint Hogbin, who says collections are running about the same as last year for stream cleanup. As far as roadside pick-up efforts, the numbers are lower.
In other recycling business, Hogbin says they’re giving away mulch all month.
