MARTINSBURG, W.Va. —The U.S. Marshals Service, Mountain State Fugitive Task Force is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a fugitive out of Martinsburg. 48-year-old Samuel Rose is wanted for a warrant from last year charging him with distribute cocaine and other drug charges.
