BURLINGTON, W.Va. – “Significant” delays on US 522, near Berkeley Springs in Morgan County are set to begin Sunday, June 12th.
The West Virginia Division of Highways tells The Panhandle News Network those delays will happen on US 522 between DOH Lane and Mill Street, near Berkeley Springs, in Morgan County, from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. starting Sunday, June 12, 2022, through July 8, 2022, to allow for paving operations.
Parking along US 522 will be prohibited during this time. Flaggers and a pilot truck will be present to conduct traffic control, however, significant delays are expected. Motorists are advised to stay alert and travel with caution through the work zone.
