MARTINSBURG, W.Va. — A Memorial Day Shooting at ROCS near Martinsburg has wounded two men.  A subject is now in custody.  Berkeley County Sheriff Nathan Harmon tells the Panhandle News Network deputies, along with the West Virginia State Police, responded just before 12:30 in the afternoon to a reported shooting at the ROC’S Store located at 1100
Shepherdstown Road, Martinsburg WV.

Sheriff Harmon says the first units secured the scene.

The involved parties had left, but blood observed at the scene indicating at least one individual was struck during the shooting.

The Martinsburg Police Department was  then dispatched to the  respond to Berkeley
Medical Center where  two male subjects had arrived suffering from gunshot wounds.

The gunshot victims were identified as Corey D. Ray-Fagan and Jamal M. Bland. both were interviewed by members of the Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigations Division and were
flown to a nearby Trauma Center. Both were listed in stable condition.”

Sheriff Harmon says the investigation led to a suspected shooter, Pramere D. Williams being taken into custody,

Williams has been charged with two counts of Attempted Murder.
The Shepherdstown Road ROC’s Station was temporarily closed during the
initial investigation.

“At this time we can confirm that this was an isolated incident involving the
suspect/victims and that the incident remains under investigation,” Sheriff Harmon says.
