CHARLESTON, W.Va. — West Virginia Gov. Jim Justice has tested positive for the coronavirus and is, according to his staff, “very ill.”

Governor Justice had to cancel a planned major economic announcement and his annual State of the State Address, both originally scheduled for Wednesday.
