MARTINSBURG, W.Va. — Entsorga West Virginia is offering its last free day of the year December 21st at their Grapevine Road facility in Berkeley County.
Berkeley County Solid Waste Authority Chair Clint Hogbin says, “From the hours of 1 to 4 p.m. at the Grapevine Road Recycling center, bring your trash. This doesn’t have to be recycling. Bring your trash, your mixed garbage. Most of it, Entsorga can make fuel out of and they will accept it during those hours. We’re hoping to hit our 900th participant this month.”
Enstorga is a waste-to-fuel operation located in Martinsburg. Hogbin says they can even turn heavy plastics like 5-gallon buckets and plastic play equipment into fuel.
