NWOOD, W.Va. — A Musselman High School athletic trainer is free on bond after being arrested on child pornography charges.
The West Virginia State Police Martinsburg detachment reports State Police Sergeant JD See was told on Sunday, October 17, 2021 that Musselman High School teacher/Athletic Trainer Douglas Wilson had told a Berkeley County Schools investigator that he had been ‘scammed’ after viewing pornography of ‘younger’ persons.
State Police executed a search warrant November 3rd at Wilson’s residence where multiple laptops were located and seized. A forensic examination confirmed the presence of child pornography and child erotica, and Wilson was taken into custody on the charges of felony Distribution and exhibition of material depicting minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct and misdemeanor Child Erotica.
He was taken before a Magistrate and released on a $9,000 cash/surety bond.
