BERKELEY SPRINGS, W.Va. — A missing person’s case out of Morgan County has come to a tragic end.
Morgan County Sheriff KC Bohrer reports they believe Charles Stotler was found deceased over the weekend, although positive identification won’t be official until an autopsy is complete.
Charles Greg “Chuck” Stotler was reported missing at the beginning of the month by family members.
