MARTINSBURG, W.Va. — Time is running out for residents to get free mulch from the Berkeley County Solid Waste Authority, according to Chairman Clint Hogbin
“We sell that mulch typically, for $15.00 a pick up load. However, through the months of May and June, so we’ve got just a couple of days, we’re having a special event where we’re giving the mulch away. That is at both recycling centers (Grapevine Road in Martinsburg and South Berkeley in Inwood). There is a limit of four loader size buckets per visit. So bring your truck, bring a trailer.”
Hogbin was a recent guest on Panhandle Live. You can hear the full interview at our Panhandle Live Facebook page.
