Grants Department Brings Money to Homeland Security and Public Safety Efforts in Berkeley County

MARTINSBURG, W.Va. — They’re 36 for 36.  Berkeley County’s Grants department has applied for and received 36 out of the 36 grants they’ve applied for in the past few years.

At Thursday’s meeting of the Berkeley County Commission, Grants Administrator Tracy Guilliams presented some recent successes, such as public safety grants:
